What you need for a garland
- Translucent flexible plastic - Colorful Parisian fasteners - News: 739781 cutter - An exacto - A hole punch - Golden cord
What to do
Cut plastic strips of different widths and lengths and several colors, punch each end with the hole punch. Then pass the Parisian tie at each end to form circles. Pass the second circle in the first and continue for 150 cm. At the last circle, make a small hole with an exacto and attach a golden cord for the suspension.
